SMAC at View Ridge Fall 2018!!!
We’re coming to View Ridge Swim & Tennis Club!!!
The Seattle Metropolitan Aquatic Club is thrilled to announce that it will begin to operate out of the View Ridge Swim & Tennis club starting this September 2018.
We’re excited to share our mission to build an inclusive community that is committed to exemplary performance with the families of the View Ridge and surrounding neighborhoods. We’ll offer a wide range of programs and our professional coaching staff to meet the needs of the athletes in the area.
The following programs will be offered at View Ridge:
- Senior
- Age Group Performance (“AGP”)
- Age Group
- Fitness
- Stroke Development
- Catfish

Practices will be held at View Ridge Monday-Friday, specific times for each program will be announced. As a team many practice locations, the View Ridge groups will be a part of the combined Saturday practices at Seattle University. This is one of the ways our athletes get to know fellow swimmers from other sites. Most programs based in View Ridge will run from September – Early May as there is not pool time available here in the Summer. Swimmers in the AGP will be rolled into the Northern or Central SMAC groups for the summer. Swimmers from the other groups will swim with Northern or Central groups on a space available basis. As attendance tends to be lower in the summer, we expect to be able to accommodate swimmers who are willing to make the drive to our other facilities.
Practice schedules for each group, registration and try out dates will be announced shortly.
Our coaching staff is looking forward to seeing everyone in the fall, and meeting new swimmers. We want to thank View Ridge for giving us the opportunity to continue our in our efforts to build a great swim experience for the athletes and in the community!
