2019 TYR Pro Swim Series Knoxville Recap

TYR Pro Series

Nathan Hayes, Tyler Lu, and Vlad Elizarov travelled to Knoxville, Tennessee representing Seattle Metropolitan Aquatic Club for the TYR Pro Series Swim Meet. This meet featured multiple gold medalists, world record holders, and world champions. Our athletes held their own making multiple finals in multiple events. Meets like this are great opportunities for athletes to experience competing against world class athletes and to learn what preparation is needed for the body to be ready on race day when they're not in the comfort of their home and when the body is disoriented from being in a different time zone.
